These terms apply to your use of the HOMNE website and to any order you place with us. By browsing this site or buying from us, you agree to them. Please read them before you order.

Using this site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, and not to interfere with its normal operation.

Where we sell

We currently sell to customers in Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom, the United States and the European Union. We may add or remove regions at any time.

Products and descriptions

We work hard to describe and photograph our products accurately. Colours can look different from one screen to another, and small variations in finish are normal on natural materials such as wood, stone and leather. We do not guarantee that product descriptions or images are entirely free of error, and we reserve the right to correct any mistake at any time.

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, and we may discontinue a product at any time.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency set for your region. Australian orders include GST where it applies. Prices can change at any time before you place an order.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of a genuine error, we are not obliged to sell it at that price. We will contact you, cancel the order and refund you in full, or offer you the chance to buy at the correct price.

Payment is taken at checkout. Your order is an offer to buy, and a contract is formed when we send you a confirmation that your order has been accepted.

Orders we may decline

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Reasons include suspected fraud, a pricing or description error, an order that appears to be for resale, or an address we cannot deliver to. If we cancel an order you have paid for, you get a full refund.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery timeframes, shipping costs and courier issues are covered in our Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges, cancellations and refunds are covered in our Return & Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

Your account

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for any activity that happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Your privacy

How we collect and handle your personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and page design, belongs to us or our suppliers and is protected by copyright and trade mark law. You may not copy, reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

Third party links

This site may link to other websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, products or practices, and a link does not mean we endorse them.

Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or under any equivalent consumer protection law that applies where you live, that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or from any product bought through it, and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the moment you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Please check back before ordering.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that state.
